Fees: For students in Kindergarten and up, fees include materials costs and Nature's Classroom camp and are non-refundable.

Payment Options:
Option I: Pay tuition in full by May 1
Option II: Finance tuition through the school by:
- Paying the balance in three payments at a level of 40% on 6/1, 30% on 9/1, and 30% on 12/1. This has an 8% finance charge attached.
- Paying the balance over 10 equal payments via automatic deduction 6/1 through 3/1. This has an 8% finance charge attached.
Financial Aid: Limited needs-based financial aid is available with preference given to returning students. Those wishing to apply for financial aid to attend Welsh Hills School should begin the admissions process early. While no determinations are made until after an admissions candidate has been accepted, it is advisable to begin the application process for aid and admissions together. Preliminary financial aid decisions will be announced contingent upon confirmation of submitted information and an accepted offer of enrollment.
The following general procedure should be used to apply for financial aid:
- Obtain the required forms from the School. These can be easily filled out and submitted online.
- File these forms promptly along with proceeding with the admissions process.
